DESCRIPTION: Join the HDI Philly Chapter on March 25 at Princeton
University for an interactive networking event with fellow IT
professionals. Connect\, collaborate\, and explore ways to elevate
IT&rsquo\;s impact on the business while building stronger teams. Lunch
will be served! We have two speakers who will be joining us this month:
Nitzan Shapira\, CEO &amp\; Co-Founder\, Harmony Nitzan Shapira is Co-
Founder &amp\; CEO of Harmony\, an AI-first enterprise service management
platform redefining how modern infrastructure is managed in the AI era. He
  previously co-founded Epsagon\, a cloud-native observability company
acquired by Cisco in 2021\, where he later held product and strategic
leadership roles focused on innovation and startup partnerships. An
experienced technologist and angel investor\, Nitzan has built and backed
companies across AI\, cloud infrastructure\, and developer tools. With a
background in engineering and cybersecurity\, he is passionate about
helping founders build category-defining technology companies. Topic: The
Non-Intelligent Knowledge Base: Why Traditional Knowledge Bases Fail\, and
What Truly Solves the Problem Static knowledge bases don&rsquo\;t scale:
Traditional systems quickly become outdated\, inconsistent\, and hard to
maintain\, leading to wasted effort and ignored content. Living knowledge
vs static library: Shift from manual\, brittle documentation to a
continuously evolving system grounded in real operational data. Enterprise
search isn&rsquo\;t the answer: Search tools help surface content but
don&rsquo\;t solve the underlying creation and maintenance problems. AI
transforms knowledge management: The real solution is an AI approach that
identifies gaps\, generates and updates articles automatically based on
real ticket resolutions\, and keeps content accurate without manual
overhead. Poor discoverability fuels tickets: Even when the right content
exists\, employees can&rsquo\;t find it due to poor search\, inconsistent
 terminology\, and structure. Kelly McHale\, VP Technology &amp\;
Production Smartplay International As a transformational leader and
business partner\, Kelly has a track record as a visionary IT leader\,
building\, organizing and overseeing best-in-class IT departments. She has
extensive experience in developing technology strategy\, building and
transforming Technology departments\, leading development and IT
operations\, and driving compliance\, allowing her to deliver technology
solutions/strategies that result in high customer satisfaction\, increased
revenue\, efficiency gains and cost reductions. Kelly began her career in
IT systems integration consulting as a systems engineer. From there\, she
moved into the technical management track\, and became a leader of
systems administrators and engineers. She served in various IT leadership
positions in consumer services\, retail\, distribution and B2B verticals
for over 20 years. Kelly now provides strategic technology consulting to
mid-market organizations as the Managing Partner for Strategic Elevation
Advisory Group. Kelly received her bachelor&rsquo\;s degree in Technical
and Scientific Communication from Drexel University. She holds a
Master&rsquo\;s in Information Technology Leadership from La Salle
University. Topic: Making the Service Desk ISO-Friendly and Audit-Ready\,
You're well on your way\, believe it or not! This presentation showcases
how service desks can achieve ISO compliance by leveraging their existing
strengths and streamlining processes. The great news is that your service
desk already excels at many auditor-expected activities\, such as incident
tracking\, access management\, and change documentation. By embracing a
few simple practices service desks can seamlessly generate the essential
records for successful audits. We&rsquo\;ll cover how audit success is not
about imposing new burdens\; it&rsquo\;s about empowering the service
desk to operate with maximum consistency\, making compliance evidence a
standard\, integrated part of everyday excellence. Save these dates in
