Officer Fundamentals

HDI is a global association for technical support professionals and the premier certification body for the industry.  The HDI Local Chapters are the backbone of the association, providing networking, education, and advocacy opportunities for members at the local chapter level. Local Chapter Officers (LCO) are the leaders and representatives of their chapters, and they play a vital role in ensuring the success and sustainability of the chapter and the association.

To help local chapter officers understand their role and responsibilities, HDI Local Chapters has created a series of training materials that are designed to help new and seasoned LCO's to learn more about what it means to be an LCO and how to run a successful local chapter.
