Timing/Information
When should I arrive in Colorado Springs? 
Please plan on arriving in Colorado Springs no later 11 am on Friday, May 31st.  If you want to arrive on Thursday, May 30th, we will have some optional pre-conference workshops for you to attend on Friday morning. Our official program will begin at 1:00 pm on Friday, May 31st. 

What time does the meeting end on Sunday, June 2nd? 
The meeting will end at 12:00 pm MT

Is there a social event outside of the Leadership Development Summit?

Transportation

What are my transportation/parking options?

You will be responsible for getting yourselves to The Antlers. This hotel DOES NOT have an airport shuttle: 

From Colorado Springs Municipal Airport

Distance from Hotel: 11 mi. - Drive Time: 25 min.

A taxi from Colorado Springs Municipal Airport is approximately $45.00.
An uber from Colorado Springs Municipal Airport is approximately $25.00. 

From Denver International Airport

Distance from Hotel: 85 mi. - Drive Time: 1.5 hr.

Food/Meals

What meals are covered? 

Friday, May 31:  Break 
Saturday, June 1:  Breakfast, Lunch, Breaks, Dinner and Drink Tickets
Sunday, June 2:  Breakfast 

Can I bring a guest to the Award Dinner on Saturday? 
Yes, you can bring a personal guest to the evening activities for an additional fee. Please, register your personal guest by emailing summit@hdilocalchapters.org.
