Brandon Caudle is a veteran of the Service and Support industry, building and leading virtual teams in a 24x7 support environment across geographies and time zones. As a Customer Experience Visionary, he is known for crafting and implementing best practices to solve challenging issues, increase Customer and Employee Satisfaction, while aligning with business needs. Brandon is a senior manager at First American in Orange County, California, and currently serves as the Chair of the largest technical service and support association in the world, HelpDesk Chapters, Inc.
Sandy Seroskie has a BA in Psychology and over 20 years of customer service, leadership and management experience. In 2014, Sandy joined Metro Construction Resources as VP of Operations to bring focus to service excellence, process improvement and company growth. Formerly, she was the Director of Field Services Delivery at Carey International, the global leader in chauffeured services and ground transportation logistics management. Sandy created Carey’s Service Desk, managed system cutovers and assisted with leading teams for large events. Sandy’s key to success is her ability to bring cross-functional teams together, to work harmoniously, to meet the initiative’s goals and objectives.
Sandy is a recipient of Rock of our Foundation Award (2011), HDI Officer of the Year (2015), Key to our Success (2017) and was inducted into HDI’s Hall of Fame in 2017. However, Sandy will tell you her service is not about awards. The awards are only a result of her love for this community and PASSION for continuous learning, professional growth and commitment to helping our members and fellow local chapter officers (LCOs) achieve their goals.
Sandy has served on HDI’s Member Advisory, Strategic Advisory and Editorial Boards and as Track Chair for HDI Conferences. She is honored to serve on the HDC Board of Directors and is a Chapter Advisor for the HDI Capital Area local chapter in Washington DC.
HDI's 2019 Lifetime Achievement Award honoree Roy Atkinson is one of the top influencers in the service and support industry. His blogs, presentations, research reports, white papers, keynotes, and webinars have gained him an international reputation. In his role as senior writer/analyst, he acts as HDI's in-house subject matter expert, bringing his years of experience to the community. He holds a master’s certificate in advanced management strategy from Tulane University’s Freeman School of Business, and he is a certified HDI Support Center Manager.
