Join us at the HDI Virtual Chapter's February event - giving, receiving, and responding to love in the workplace.
The Virtual Chapter brings the support community together to learn, connect, and share our experiences from all over the world.
This month, we will cover the spectrum between tough love and feel good love. Do you love your job? Love your team? Feel good love demonstrates how we feel about our successes and what brings us joy at work.
How have you worked to achieve your goals and engage your team in a loving way? Do you find yourself making tough decisions? Have they been perceived as an act of love? How can you connect with those who may interpret your approach as criticism or scrutiny?
Join us to hear about our thoughts and experience on these topics, and share your own experiences and what you have learned from them.
