Meet the Panelists:

 

Jonathan Greene:

 

Jonathan Greene is a Vice President at the Commercial Bank - JP Morgan Chase & Company, focusing on Service Desk transformation and IT Service Management implementation.  An ITIL Expert, his interests include driving organizational change through metrics and reporting, ITSM, Service Desk best practices, process improvement and learning the newest tools and technology to support business outcomes.  He holds a Masters of Science in Computer Information Systems from Northwestern University and a Bachelors from the University of Iowa .  He is also an HDI certified Help Desk Analyst.

A lifelong resident of the Chicagoland area, when he’s not thinking about service desks and ticketing, you can probably find him out on the golf course.

Joe Little:

 

Joe Little is currently serving in the role of Citrix Administrator for Shurtape Technologies, LLC within the End User Support team. His responsibilities include Citrix Administration, Desktop Support, Helpdesk, and End Point Security; while maintaining a user-friendly, secure computing environment for locations across the US, India, and the UK. An End User advocate, who consistently provides quality and value to users that is proven by feedback given regularly via satisfaction survey responses. He is a Former Data Center/ Network Administrator, Help Desk Manager and has served in the United States Marine Corps as a Network / System Administrator.  He holds an Associates Degree in Networking from Catawba Valley Community College.

Donna Luteri:

 

Donna Luteri is a recent career changer into the technology field and her background is quite diverse.  She majored in Music Education at the University of Dayton and taught Elementary Band for 4 years, and worked in Public Works during the summers on the tree removal crew. She then migrated into Public Works full time as a Certified Arborist for several different Chicago area municipalities.  After a number of layoffs and with the job market for Arborists becoming limited, she decided to explore the technology field and was awarded two separate scholarships to train in Front End Web Development and Cisco Networking for which she is most grateful.  She is currently a Shift Lead and Operations Analyst in the Managed Service Enterprise Command Center of CDW.  In her personal life, she also has varied interests, having studied and taught Martial Arts, earned her Private Pilot’s License, has traveled abroad to not enough countries, and creates monster makeup for haunted houses.  She currently resides in the Chicagoland area with her happily spoiled rescue cats.
