Virtual Community/HDI Skyway: Legal Pitfalls in AI Implementation in Contact Centers

12 Apr 2024
12:00pm - 1:00pm CDT

Ready to implement AI for your Contact Center? Have you considered the possible legal pitfalls?

We're partnering with our HDI Skyway Local Chapter on April 12th where John Walter, lawyer and President of the Contact Centers AI Association, will be introducing us to two legal cases, Barulich v. Home Depot and Carpenter v. McDonald's Corporation.

He'll be presenting the facts within each case that form the basis of the claims to help us become more sensitive to the issues and know when to raise the red flags within our organizations.
