Directs the responsibilities and functions of all units in Information Technology Services, including Enterprise and Application Services, Security, Student Technology Services, Technology Assistance Center, Telecommunications Technology Services, and other related support services.

IT Services also includes University wide services for IT infrastructure systems and applications for instructional systems and other academic and support areas in Big Rapids and at off-campus sites. This position will report directly to the newly appointed Vice President of Admin & Finance.
