Job Technical Skills – This position is responsible for providing technical support to include maintaining, repairing and operating computer equipment, performing installations, making hardware and software purchases and providing client support at all levels. Periodically on call as required to support outage restorations or control center operations.

• Provides customer service for LES computer users in the areas of PC/peripheral/mobile hardware, operating systems, and software applications.
• Troubleshoots and resolves information technology problems. Researches and gathers system requirements and develops plans to implement solutions. Proactively manages, prioritizes and communicates the results.
• Effectively and proactively documents and updates issues and request in the IT Service Management (ITSM) system.
• Provides consultation and assistance to coworkers and customers. Freely shares knowledge and mentors others. Fosters and contributes to an atmosphere of collaborative problem-solving, teamwork, and a strong commitment to a high standard of customer service.
