With 8 locations and supporting 200+ systems/applications, in and off business hours, you will want to buckle up for a fast-paced, rewarding ride. We expect a balance of stellar customer service skills with troubleshooting/problem solving skills and the ability to prioritize/time manage duties. As the voice of IT and the single point of contact for the end users, you would be an advocate of the users to get all issues resolved quickly.
