We're looking for a creative Showrunner to lead HDI Local Chapters podcast, Bytes & Banter. This role involves overseeing content development, guest coordination, recording, editing, and distribution to engage our HDI Local Chapters community effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

Project Management:

• Maintain a content calendar for episodes.
• Coordinate with co-hosts and producers to ensure timely production.
• Track podcast metrics and listener feedback for growth opportunities.

Guest Coordination:

• Working with the Production Team, identify and schedule engaging guests from the local community.
• Prepare and guide guests for seamless podcast appearances.

Content Development:

• Research and craft accurate and engaging episode content.
• Collaborate with the show producer to outline episodes with key discussion points.

Distribution and Promotion:

• Manage podcast distribution across platforms.
• Write captivating episode descriptions and titles.

Qualifications:

• Understanding of local community interests and dynamics.
• Enthusiasm for storytelling and audio production.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Exceptional organizational abilities.
• Creative thinking for unique content.
• Previous podcasting experience is advantageous.
