President's Message...

As we approach the end of another year, it's a perfect time to reflect on our journey, celebrate our achievements, and set our sights on the future. 

This year, we have accomplished so much together: 

· We opened one new chapter (New York City Metro), rebooted/revived three chapters (Chicagoland, Los Angeles and Skyway). 

· We established a new student membership program

· We offered 93 fantastic events to our membership either in-person, virtual and some were both in-person and virtual at the same time

· Our monthly newsletter was delivered to an average of 14,600 unique recipients which showed an average open rate of 26% and 60% of those recipients clicked on a link within the newsletter. 

· Our end of the year award campaign resulted in 80 nominations for Best Service and Support Analysts , 50 nominations for Best Service and Support Technician and 4 nominations for Best Officer Of the Year. 

· We posted 13 Podcasts on our YouTube channel

· Our booth at both HDI conferences generated increased interest in membership and in starting new chapters 

In 2025, we will continue with additional value-add content for our members with things like access to virtual meeting recordings and a mentoring program as well as networking opportunities that will help you build connections both professionally and personally.  We will also continue delivering top notch podcasts, engaging and fun in-person events and educational and inspirational virtual events.

I want to take this opportunity to express my heartfelt gratitude to each Local Chapter Officer, leadership council members, committee chairs and the National Board of Directors. Your hard work, dedication, and passion have been the driving force behind our success. Together, we have created a culture of excellence that will continue to propel us forward. 

I most importantly want to  thank our members.  You are our motivation for pursuing excellence. You are the reason we work hard and get such great satisfaction from being  a part of this wonderful organization.

As we close this chapter and prepare to write the next, let's carry forward the lessons we've learned, the achievements we've celebrated, and the spirit of teamwork that defines us. Here's to another year of growth, success, and making a difference.

HDI Minnesota Awards - A Celebration of Excellence
